Main Goal:

Goals of the Program

  1. Lack of knowledge about different cultures (especially non-European cultures)

  2. Fear of making mistakes and people’s reaction.

  3. Lack of ability to use language during class

  4. Lack of occasions to speak foreign language on daily basis

  1.  a) Participants know most important aspects of history of Indonesia/Poland
    (test passed on 80%)

       b) Participants are able to describe national symbols

       c) Students can compare Poland and Indonesia in various aspects

 

  1.  a) Participants have internet contact (minimum 3 times a month) with three other participants from abroad

       b) Twenty new friends from Poland/Indonesia on facebook

       c) Co-created internet website of a project

 

  1.  a) Using English language during work in a project and preparing tasks

       b) Conducting internet conversations

 

  1.  a) Indonesian-Polish-English dictionary with daily life words

Measurements of success:
  1. Building bridges between countries and intercultural understanding

  2.  Rising openness towards other people, they rights and beliefs

  3. Use of English language to communicate within project

  4. Presenting and learning language from other part of the world
